Every client is unique, and we will work on an individualized plan and schedule* together. Appropriate exercise for you abilities and goals is the core offering; nutrition counselling, lifestyle and wellness tracking, and life coaching can be components to varying degrees.

*I’m a new dad,  and aiming to keep training commitments between noon and evening time, but will consider morning commitments for the right clients.
